Kalthia group entered in this segment in year 1983 with production of 5000 tons in the first year. At present, the company is achieving excellent target of 35000 tons per year.

The still of the broken ship is bought by re-rolling mills and other customers for reusing the same. The machinery from the ship is bought by various businessmen and household consumers who want to use the old machinery at very reasonable cost instead of buying new machinery. A large pool of exporters is also involved in the business of buying used machines of the ship and exporting the same.

The company is dealing in international market and breaks ships from different corners of the world.
