| Job Description |
• |
engineers should have sound knowledge of basic principles. experience in civil engineer plan, design and direct engineering projects, detail engineering and costing of industrial plant structures. liasoning & dealing contractors for supervison of the work. |
• |
familiarity with other international codes like bs, aci etc. will be preferred. knowledge of software packages like autocad,ms office, powerpoint will be an added advantage. |
• |
Attend to analyses, reports maps, drawings, blueprints,test and aerial photograph on soil composition hydrological characteristics and determine the feasibility of the project based on the analysis of the data collected by application of knowledge and techniques of engineering and advance mathematics. |
• |
preparation of technical specifications and cost estimates of works. purchasing & negotiation. |
• |
Advising the top management, detailed planning of the activities of each project & co-ordinate with others for timely & proper execution. |

| Candidate Profile |
• |
Bachelor degree in civil engineering plus 2 years experience with well known builders only in planning & executing the real estate projects for modern & trendy chain of hotels & motels, residential & multiplexes. |
• |
Will accept the foreign equivalent of a usa bachelor degree. |
• |
candidate must be young smart & energetic, having exp in execution of civil work, design of structures & preparation of technical specification. |
