R.L.Kalthia Engg. & Construction P.Ltd. originally incorporated on 23.09.94 has been rechristened as R.L.Kalthia Engg. & Automobiles P.Ltd in terms of Section No.21/31/44 of company Act 1956. A certificate to this effect is issued on 13.01.98 vide Reg.No.04- 23126. This change was done to enter into automobile Industry. Under the nomenclature of Kush Automobiles (A Division Of R.L.Kalthia Engineering & Automobiles P. Ltd.)
the Authorized Dealership from 'Bajaj Auto Ltd.' has been taken for 2 wheeler for Bhavnagar district and 3 wheeler vehicles for Bhavnagar, Amreli and Surendranagar.

The pioneer founder Mr. R.L.Kalthia and second generation entrepreneurs including K.R.Kalthia, H.R.Kalthia, joined the Board and
are taking challenges to prove their ability and efficiency in the growth of group companies.
